When I’m going out on a big walk or run or when the kids do a lot of sports, I pack some of these in my pockets ready for when a little boost of energy is needed. So much better than sugar-loaded shop-bought snack bars, these Thermomix magic balls are great for before and after a workout too.
With only 3 natural ingredients and a whole range of other benefits, I am not sure how these little magic balls could be any better.

I originally found this recipe on Facebook and adapted to the Thermomix.
It said: “Cookies for Breakfast? YES!!! These EASY 3-ingredient breakfast cookies taste like banana bread and oatmeal cookies in one. They are warm and gooey, and taste best if eaten right out of the oven! Try them with any combination like raisins, walnuts, etc.”
One banana adds all the moisture needed to help this recipe form into balls.
How about adding the super healthy chai seed too? A dollop of peanut butter? A bit of honey? The possibilities are endless.
